1. These Terms

These Terms & Conditions apply when you visit vorynix.co.uk or purchase products from Vorynix. By placing an order, you confirm that you have read and accepted these terms.

Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights under applicable UK consumer law.

1. Products

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, images, prices and compatibility information are accurate. Product colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen.

Products are subject to availability. If an item becomes unavailable after you place an order, we will contact you and provide a full refund for that item.

1. Prices and Payment

Prices are displayed in pounds sterling (GBP). The complete amount payable will be shown before you place your order.

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Vorynix does not store your complete payment card details.

1. Orders

After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation. This confirms that we have received your order but does not necessarily mean it has been accepted.

Your order is accepted when it is confirmed for fulfilment or dispatched. We may cancel an order if the product is unavailable, the payment cannot be authorised, the delivery information is incomplete or we reasonably suspect fraud. Any payment collected for a cancelled order will be refunded.

Please check your delivery details carefully before completing your purchase.

1. Delivery

Vorynix currently delivers only to eligible United Kingdom addresses.

Free UK Delivery is available, with an estimated delivery time of 5–12 business days after dispatch. Order processing normally takes 1–3 business days.

Products may be dispatched by our fulfilment partners. If an order contains multiple products, they may arrive in separate parcels.

Delivery dates are estimates unless we expressly agree to a specific date. Please see our Shipping & Returns Policy for complete delivery information.

1. Cancellation and Change-of-Mind Returns

For most online purchases, you may cancel your order from the time it is placed until 14 days after receiving the goods.

To cancel, email vorynix.co.uk@gmail.com with your order number and a clear statement that you wish to cancel.

After notifying us, you must normally return the product within 14 days. Products should be returned complete and handled only as reasonably necessary to inspect them.

Unless the product is faulty, damaged or incorrect, you are responsible for the direct cost of returning it. Contact us before sending anything so we can provide the correct return instructions.

1. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Products

We are responsible for supplying products that are as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for their intended purpose.

Please contact us promptly if a product arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect. Include your order number and, where possible, photographs or video showing the issue.

Your statutory consumer rights apply. Where appropriate, we will arrange a replacement, repair or refund and cover reasonable return costs.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

For change-of-mind cancellations, we may wait until the returned product is received or until you provide evidence that it has been sent back.

Refunds will normally be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or acceptable evidence of return. Processing time may vary depending on your bank or card provider.

You must not misuse this website, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious software, interfere with its operation or use its content for unlawful purposes.

All Vorynix branding, original text, graphics and website content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws and may not be copied or commercially reused without permission.

We do not exclude or limit liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or your statutory consumer rights.

We are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was formed or for business losses arising from a consumer purchase.

We process personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Payment, website and fulfilment partners may process information necessary to complete your order.

1. Events Outside Our Control

We are not responsible for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control. If a significant delay occurs, we will contact you and explain the available options. Your legal rights regarding delayed or undelivered goods remain unaffected.

We may update these Terms & Conditions when our services, business details or legal obligations change. The version applicable to an order is the version published when that order was placed.
