Shipping Policy

Vorynix currently delivers to addresses across the United Kingdom. Standard UK delivery is free on all orders.

Orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days. Estimated delivery is usually 5–12 business days after dispatch, depending on the product, destination and carrier. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed, but we aim to deliver all orders within 30 days unless a different timeframe has been agreed with you.

Once tracking information becomes available, it will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. Some orders containing multiple products may arrive in separate parcels.

Please ensure that your delivery address is complete and accurate before placing your order. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at vorynix.co.uk@gmail.com. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has been dispatched.

If your parcel is delayed, damaged or appears to be lost, please contact us so that we can investigate it with the delivery provider.

Cancellations and Change-of-Mind Returns

You may cancel your online purchase within 14 days after receiving your order without giving a reason.

To exercise this right, email vorynix.co.uk@gmail.com within the 14-day cancellation period. After notifying us, you must return the item within a further 14 days.

Please contact us before sending anything back. We will provide the appropriate return instructions and return address for your order. Items sent without contacting us first may be delayed or sent to the wrong location.

For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for the return postage cost. Products should be securely packaged, complete with supplied accessories and handled only as much as reasonably necessary to inspect them. We may reduce the refund if an item has lost value because it was handled beyond what would normally be permitted in a shop.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives faulty, damaged or different from what you ordered, contact us as soon as possible at vorynix.co.uk@gmail.com.

Please include your order number and, where possible, clear photographs or video showing the issue. Vorynix will provide an appropriate solution in accordance with your statutory rights, which may include a replacement, repair or refund. We will cover reasonable return costs when an item is faulty, damaged or incorrect.

Your legal rights regarding faulty goods are not affected by this policy.

Refunds

Once your return has been received, or you provide acceptable evidence that it has been sent, we will process any refund due within 14 days.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to display the funds in your account.

Where required by law, we will also refund the cost of standard delivery. As Vorynix currently offers free standard UK delivery, there is normally no original delivery charge to refund.

Return Exceptions

The right to cancel may not apply to:

• Personalised or made-to-order products.

• Sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once unsealed.

• Products damaged through misuse or handling beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect them.

These exceptions do not limit your rights when a product is faulty, damaged or not as described.
